After many years in the industry, I had a clear vision of how a communications and support company should be a long term partner that helps businesses to grow. I was passionate about delivering this and so Digicomm 360 was born. We have a fantastic team and great clients and we love to continue learning – after all, every day’s a school day!
I work on the design and implementation of a wide variety of solutions ranging from Hosted Telephony to Advanced WiFi connectivity, to complete network infrastructure.
I love creating solutions for customers and building lasting relationships with them.
I design and implement IT and Network solutions for any scale. I work with Firewalls, routing, WiFi and all aspects of networking and the day to day tasks involved with managing IT networks.
I love getting stuck into a problem – often before the customer’s even aware.
I wear many hats and oversee the day to day running of the Operations Team. I deal with all external suppliers, negotiating the best pricing, products and support for our customers, as well as managing the Network Service billing platform – and that’s just a few of my main job roles.
It’s my role to spread the Digicomm message across all communications platforms, so that even more businesses can benefit from the best outsourced IT and telecoms solutions around.
It is my role to support the team with admin and internal processes. I also work with the marketing department on promoting the business and helping more people learn about how Digicomm can help their organisation.
I love all things technical and I’m working towards my Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.
