Managing Director
With years in the communications and IT industry, I had a vision: to build a company that wasn’t just about fixing problems but about creating lasting partnerships and helping businesses to grow using technology and my extensive experience. That vision became digicomm – and I’m proud of the team we’ve built. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, and we embrace them wholeheartedly.
Outside the office, I’m usually found on two wheels cycling through the countryside or stomping up a hillside and the odd mountain range. This helps me clear my head, refocus, rejuvenate, reflect, and maybe plot my next DIY project. I’m passionate about helping people and businesses, and thoroughly enjoy giving back through charity work. Spending time with my children is a privilege – even if they roll their eyes at my dad jokes.
Warren Hardman

Support & Project Engineer
Warren's Biography
I design and implement IT and network solutions that keep businesses running – and I’m usually on the case before anyone realises there’s a problem. I love a challenge, and no two days are the same (especially when the office phones stop working because the cleaner unplugged the system to plug in their hoover – yes, that really happened!)
Outside of work, I’m all about music, movies, animals and exploring new places. I’ve got a soft spot for classic British comedy (Only Fools, Blackadder, Red Dwarf) and a strange childhood claim to fame – my dad built me a working TARDIS in our old outside loo, and it made it onto the BBC!

Tom's Biography
I specialise in designing and delivering IT and network solutions – from configuring firewalls to building full-scale infrastructure and solving problems before they cause a ripple. I love getting into the details and making everything tick like clockwork.
When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me roller skating, gaming, or playing Magic: The Gathering. I’m also a firm believer that there’s no situation a good pizza can’t improve, tech issues included!

Lisa's Biography
I started in Admin as a YTS and worked my way up to running customer service and engineering teams. I’ve been at Digicomm for over 15 years, keeping the cogs turning behind the scenes and proudly acting as second-in-command. I thrive on solving problems, supporting the team and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
I’m straight-talking, full of energy, and known for bringing a bit of banter to the office (alongside my colour-coded spreadsheets). Outside of work, I’m a big-hearted social butterfly who lives for family, laughs and maybe the odd pint of Stella. My daughter Ella is my world – and one day, I dream of swapping telecoms for a butty van of my own.

Michaela's Biography
I keep the wheels turning at Digicomm HQ. From organising admin processes to supporting our teams across departments, I make sure things run smoothly and efficiently. I’m the go-to for keeping things in order – and if there’s a spreadsheet to be sorted, I’m on it!
Outside of work, I’m a devoted fan of crime dramas (the more dramatic the better), an unapologetic cat enthusiast, and a crafty type who’s always knee-deep in glitter or half-finished DIY projects. If I weren’t in IT, I’d probably be living my best life at a cat sanctuary – surrounded by fur, purring, and probably covered in cat hair 24/7. And yes, I do talk to my cats like they’re coworkers. Don’t we all?

As an IT & Telecoms Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting a range of IT and Telecoms solutions for our clients.
Ideally, you will have experience in all of the following areas (though training is provided!):
- IT Support & Networking – troubleshooting, system installations,
- Microsoft 365, Windows & Linux servers.
- Telecoms Solutions – VoIP, hosted phone systems, SIP, multi-site telecoms, call routing.
- Internet & Connectivity – business broadband, fibre, leased lines, Wi-Fi solutions.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance – basic knowledge of security best practices.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills – ability to work independently and within a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence – as some client visits may be required.
