After many years in the industry, I had a clear vision of how a communications and support company should be a long-term partner that helps businesses to grow. I was passionate about delivering this and so digicomm was born. We have a fantastic team and great clients and we love to continue learning – after all, every day’s a school day!
Warren Hardman
Support & Project Engineer
I work on the design and implementation of a wide variety of solutions ranging from Hosted Telephony to Advanced WiFi connectivity, to complete network infrastructure.
I love creating solutions for customers and building lasting relationships with them.
Tom Hyde
Support & Project Engineer
I design and implement IT and Network solutions for any scale. I work with Firewalls, routing, WiFi and all aspects of networking and the day-to-day tasks involved with managing IT networks.
I love getting stuck into a problem – often before the customer’s even aware.
Lisa Miller
Operations Manager
I wear many hats and oversee the day-to-day running of the Operations Team. I deal with all external suppliers, negotiating the best pricing, products and support for our customers, as well as managing the Network Service billing platform – and that’s just a few of my main job roles.
Mackenzie Wild
Technical Apprentice
I assist in implementing various solutions from IT and Networking to Hosted Telephony as a part of my training to become an IT Solutions Engineer.
This involves absorbing my environment and being open to feedback on my knowledge and skills.
I enjoy learning new skills and adapting to various structures.

I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of various departments and supporting the overall efficiency of the organisation.

What we expect…
As a Sales Professional, you should have a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in a business-to-business sales environment.
The ability to adapt to and maximise on all sales opportunities utilising cross selling and other sales tools.
Sales experience in any, or, all of the following areas is preferred, but not essential. Basic technical knowledge would be an advantage, although, product training is provided on a regular basis.
- Hosted IT
- Networks, Infrastructure, routing equipment and switches
- Microsoft suite of products
- Hosted telecoms Systems, VoIP, SIP, Single and Multisite
- Internet and connectivity services and solutions
- Cyber and GDPR awareness
Your Responsibilities…
- Create new business opportunities.
- Conduct face to face meetings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Work within targets and KPI’s
- Be accountable and take personal responsibility.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Effectively forecast opportunities and deals in line with business requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with customers and prospects.
- Present and negotiate at all senior levels as required.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure an accurate understanding of the customer’s requirements to aide in producing a solution to cover and exceed all expectations.
