With years in the communications and IT industry, I had a vision: to build a company that wasn’t just about fixing problems but about creating lasting partnerships and helping businesses to grow using technology and my extensive experience. That vision became Digicomm 360, and I’m proud of the team we’ve built. Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, and we embrace them wholeheartedly.

Outside the office, I’m usually found on two wheels cycling through the countryside or stomping up a hillside and the odd mountain range. This helps me clear my head, refocus, rejuvenate, reflect, and maybe plot my next DIY project. I’m passionate about helping people and businesses, and thoroughly enjoy giving back through charity work. Spending time with my children is a privilege – even if they roll their eyes at my dad jokes.

I design and implement IT and network solutions that keep businesses running – and I’m usually on the case before anyone realises there’s a problem. I love a challenge, and no two days are the same (especially when the office phones stop working because the cleaner unplugged the system to plug in their hoover – yes, that really happened!)

Outside of work, I’m all about music, movies, animals and exploring new places. I’ve got a soft spot for classic British comedy (Only Fools, Blackadder, Red Dwarf) and a strange childhood claim to fame – my dad built me a working TARDIS in our old outside loo, and it made it onto the BBC!

I specialise in designing and delivering IT and network solutions – from configuring firewalls to building full-scale infrastructure and solving problems before they cause a ripple. I love getting into the details and making everything tick like clockwork.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me roller skating, gaming, or playing Magic: The Gathering. I’m also a firm believer that there’s no situation a good pizza can’t improve, tech issues included!

I started in Admin as a YTS and worked my way up to running customer service and engineering teams. I’ve been at Digicomm 360 for over 15 years, keeping the cogs turning behind the scenes and proudly acting as second-in-command. I thrive on solving problems, supporting the team and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

I’m straight-talking, full of energy, and known for bringing a bit of banter to the office (alongside my colour-coded spreadsheets). Outside of work, I’m a big-hearted social butterfly who lives for family, laughs and maybe the odd pint of Stella. My daughter Ella is my world – and one day, I dream of swapping telecoms for a butty van of my own.

I support the operations team in delivering IT and Network Solutions, building hands-on experience in delivering smart, secure IT and network solutions, from configuring firewalls and supporting VoIP systems to helping design infrastructure that keeps businesses connected and protected.

Outside of work, I’m a proud Manchester City season ticket holder (blue through and through!), and I love playing football, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. If I’m not tinkering with tech, I’m probably debating match stats or trying out a new recipe.

Outside of work, I am most likely working on a new drawing or painting, cuddling my beloved cat (I am a crazy cat lady), trying new foods at local food courts and shopping for all of the funkiest clothes! Above all I love spending time with all my family and friends, I could be on a desert island with them and still have a blast!

As Digicomm 360’s freelance Marketing Director, I support the team by leading our brand strategy, overseeing all design output, and guiding our Multi Marketing Apprentice through their development. With over 20 years of experience running my own business, I bring a deep understanding of creative direction, digital marketing, and website design to everything we do.

My role spans across the full marketing mix – from shaping campaigns and managing web projects to refining day-to-day content, print assets, and promotional materials. I’m passionate about elevating the Digicomm 360 brand through thoughtful design, strong messaging, and consistent customer engagement.

About the Role 

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support our growing IT and Telecoms business. This role is central to the smooth running of the office and will involve regular interaction with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal systems. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office or customer service environment, be confident handling calls, and be comfortable working with IT systems. Experience within an IT, telecoms, or technical services business would be an advantage, but is not essential for the right person. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Providing first-line customer service support via phone and email 
  • Logging service requests, incidents, and jobs accurately within internal systems 
  • Scheduling and coordinating engineer visits and customer appointments 
  • Updating customer records, contracts, and service information 
  • Assisting with general office administration, including filing and document management 
  • Supporting billing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination (where required) 
  • Liaising with customers to provide updates on tickets, installations, and support requests 
  • Ensuring systems and records are kept up to date and accurate 

 Skills and Experience Required 

  • Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role 
  • Confident and professional telephone manner 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn 

 Desirable (but not essential) 

  • Experience working within an IT services, telecoms, or MSP environment 
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, or job management software 
  • Understanding of broadband, VoIP, connectivity, or managed IT services
