At Digicomm 360, we are always looking for the next big thing. We believe in training from the ground up and so we have recently taken on an apprentice from Alliance Learning, who is working towards her Business Admin Level 3 qualification. Chloe Collins is Twenty-One years old and here is what she had to say:
How are you finding your placement so far?
From the minute I arrived at Digicomm 360, I felt so welcomed everyday just keeps getting better. I’m really enjoying working closely with Mark and we both teach each other new things every day which makes for a positive work environment and positive outcomes.
I love all things tech and so I am finding it all fascinating.
What does your role involve?
I am learning day to day operations and I am also being given the freedom to take on a variety of tasks by myself, from social media to the handling of financial material. It is great to be given some authority.
What are your long- term career goals?
My long term career goals are to have my feet solidly planted into the ground of a great company and to progress as far as I can within that company. Now I’ve started working at Digicomm 360, this future seems more than achievable.
Mark and the team have already taught me so much over the past few weeks and I cannot wait to learn more!
