Frequently asked questions

I want to simplify my payments and have peace of mind; Where do I sign up to the Digicomm 360 Ltd Direct Debit Scheme?

Direct Debit is one of the safest and most convenient ways of paying your bills: Payments are made automatically, so bills are never forgotten, lost in the post or delayed by postal problems and there’s no risk of late payment charges.

It’s guaranteed
Direct Debit payments come with a guarantee. So you’re automatically protected by three important safeguards:

  • An immediate money back guarantee from your bank or building society in the event of an error in the payment of your Direct Debit. It’s important to remember that the Guarantee covers Direct Debit payments. It cannot be used to address contractual disputes between you and the billing organisation
  • Advance notice if the date or amount changes
  • The right to cancel at any time

I’ve been contacted and told I must change my telephone system before BT switch off the ISDN Lines! What’s going to happen and do I need to change my system?

The Facts

BT announced back in 2015 – 2016, that from 2020, you would no longer be able to purchase ISDN telephone lines and had a target date of 2025 for a full switch off of this older, highly expensive to maintain technology.

The date has more recently been revised and we will no longer be able to place order for new ISDN services from September 2023 and a forced migration to newer services, namely VoIP, SIP and Hosted during 2025.
